We don’t just make beef jerky… we eat it, we love it and we put our own name on it.

Jack is real and started the company after many years raising cattle and one day decided, with money tight, to make his own jerky and he turned to some old family recipes. Who would have thought that one hunting trip would be the start of one of the World’s largest snack producers?

However, Jack only needs to look at his great-grandfather that had opened a general store and butchers to realise that the apple did not fall far from the tree, as the sausages made in that very store also used a traditional family recipe as Jack did on that hunting trip many years later.

From those early days, we now have production facilities in 4 counties and employ more than 4,500 people, which means we need to be damn good at it or we will be in trouble!

We still use the finest beef cuts, complete many of the processes by hand then test and check to make certain that each bag of our products lives up to those first snacks enjoyed by the folk in the USA so many years ago.

This means that we employ the highest standards of food processing and manufacture and that ensures the quality of each bag of Jack Link’s jerky arrives at your business in perfect condition.

We constantly look at every market we operate in and make sure our range of high protein snacks remain at the top of the snacks your customers want to enjoy.

In 2018 we added Biltong to our UK hospitality range which will add another revenue stream to your business.

You can be assured that whatever we do – it will only be produced to the very highest standards as it still carries our name on it!
